Here at Asparagus Group (“Asparagus Group,” “Asparagus Labs,” “Asparagus,” “we,” “us,” “our,” "Asparagus Labs program," or similar terms), we recognize that privacy is important to you. We’re excited to offer our products and services to you, and we must be clear about your obligations. These terms and conditions cover the Asparagus Labs program. 

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If we decide to change these terms and conditions, we will notify participants when the changes are made and place a notice on the homepage of www.asparaguslabs.com that these terms have been changed. If you do not consent to these terms, you must immediately stop using any Asparagus Labs services or products. At the top of the page is listed the last updated date, which is when thee terms took effect. 

By using Asparagus Labs products and services or by signing up to participate in Asparagus Labs, 

• You understand that Asparagus Labs does not provide medical advice and that we do not diagnose or treat any disease or mental illness 

• You understand that our content is for general education purposes only and that our content does not constitute personalized health advice or treatment 

• You recognize that our health and wellness coaches are in no way acting as trained healthcare professionals and that our health and wellness coaches cannot diagnose or treat any disease or mental illness 

• You will not share personalized links with anyone, and you will not enable or assist any other individual to access participant-only Asparagus Labs content 

• You agree to not share any link that begins with login.asparaguslabs.com, learn.asparaguslabs.com, one.asparaguslabs.com, or my.asparaguslabs.com

• You agree to not share any link to any piece of content embedded in any LAB that was created by Asparagus Labs and was intended for use only within the LAB it is embedded in

• You will not plagiarize our content, or use our content to set up a similar product or service 

• You assume all risks associated with this program, including any risk associated with applying any of the information presented 

• You will not in any way compromise Asparagus Labs products or services 

• You will follow the instructions of your healthcare providers even if Asparagus Labs content conflicts with these instructions 

• You recognize that Asparagus Labs believes that it is the best and safest practice to consult with qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your lifestyle

• You understand that you are strongly encouraged to consult with qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your lifestyle 

• You understand that all products, content, and services that are part of the Asparagus Labs program are provided "as is" without express or implied warranty 

• You understand that hyperlinks on Asparagus Labs websites may point to content which is not managed or created by Asparagus Labs and which we are not responsible for 

• You understand that content and information may be inaccurate 

• You recognize that Asparagus Labs reserves the right to terminate its relationship with any participant or any other party for any reason at any time 

• You certify that you are not a citizen of the European Union

If any part of these terms are invalid, the rest of these terms will still be in effect. Any part of these terms of conditions that violates any applicable law is void.
